• Google account information. If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive the basic account information you authorize Google to share, such as your name, email address, profile image, and Google account identifier.

• Technical information, such as your device type, browser, IP address, and diagnostic or usage data.

We use information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve Alister.
• Create, secure, and authenticate your Alister account.
• Personalize course rankings and recommendations.
• Manage early access and communicate service updates.
• Protect the security and integrity of our services.
• Understand how our services are used and develop new features.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate Alister, when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

We use information received from Google only to provide and secure your Alister account and the features you request. We do not use Google account information for advertising or sell it to third parties.

We may publish or share aggregated or de-identified insights that do not reasonably identify you.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also opt out of marketing communications by using the unsubscribe instructions in those messages.

Alister is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
